Located on the underbelly of the Ibérico pig, the Secreto Barriguera is a thinner, flatter cut with exceptional marbling and a light pink hue. Rich, succulent, and deeply fatty, it’s similar to pork belly but with a tender steak-like texture—perfect for quick searing or grilling to bring out its full umami depth.
