Ibérico Denver ‘Presa’ Steak

Called “Presa” in Spanish, this 2-inch thick cut comes from the shoulder (or collar) area and is prized for its off-the-charts marbling. Incredibly tender and rich in flavor, it’s often compared to a beef Denver steak—only with the signature depth and juiciness of Ibérico pork.
